Warp Stabilizer is not available directly in Premiere Pro. You could render out your stabilized movie from AE and import into PPro, or you could (if you have Production Premium or Master Collection) take your comp into Premiere Pro with Dynamic Link. The easiest way to Dynamic Link is just to drag your comp from the AE Project Panel, Alt+Tab to PPro, and drop into the Project Panel there.
Thanks, yes I have Prod Premium 5.5.
In that case, Dynamic Link will work for you; don't expect real-time playback in Premiere Pro, though, unless you render the clip. If you're going straight to output, that's usually OK, as you can just skip the render and finalize your edit.
