Welcome to the forum.
Can you tell us about the display sub-system on your computer?
Are you using hardware, or software MPE?
What are the operations that you have observing this behavior with - just dragging Clips from the Project Panel, or the Source Monitor to the Timeline, or something else?
Thanks for getting back to me...
I'm on an i7 iMac (home computer, still using FCP7 at work). No CUDA here (yet).
But when dragging clips in the timeline it's not a smooth motion, kind of staggered... and when I release the pen from the pad it takes a moment and then lets go of the clip. Usually where ever the pen was at that moment... FCP7 nor Avid has this problem (worked on both systems at home).
Working with a mouse would be much easier, but it slows down the whole editing process.
This is a known issue, or at least an acknowledged issue, by other Wacom tablet users with timeline activity. I think the only resolution, at present, was to use a mouse instead of a tablet.
