      Hello -

       

      I recently purchased a DSLR (canon 60d) and am in the process of making my workflow more organized. My major concern is the lack of ability (or my perception of it) to create clips. Let me explain: in any one take (file) I may have several important clips which I would like to use in my project. However I don't want to clutter my timeline nor do I want to forget where they are either and waste time searching later. Had I been using tape I could just capture each section separately and I'm fine - but I can't do that here.

       

      Is there any way to improve this organization? I have looked around and watched several tutorials but I haven't seen any dealing with this specific issue. Any tips on organization within premiere would be extremely useful.
