Change color of object placed from Photoshop

Hi,

I placed several png files from Photoshop.

I want to change the color of the object, but the selection tools do not activate a selection of the object.

How can I accomplish the color change?

You cannot do this kind of editing in Illustrator. Use Photoshop to edit pixel images.
