    swf open centered full screen - aaaargh!

    -hitme-

      Is it just me or does flash catalyst have a lot of people complaining but no answers?...

      The problem i have that i cannot get answered anywhere is that i want to open my swf locally, projecting it into an exe. When opening the exe, i want the swf to open full size or centered fullscreen for a presentation.I have tried everything people have suggested for days and im going out of my mind!

      I almost wish i never made it in flash catalyst but have put too much time into it to back down.

      It seems to me that questions dont get answered for this program. Does it have too many limitations?

          By "projecting it into an exe", do you mean you are publishing it out as an AIR app? or are you including it in something else? What you can do is open your project in Flash Builder, and add some actionscript to resize the app. I would search on the Flash Builder/Flex forums for this. I am sure there is some sample code that you can leverage (or try the CookBooks or StackOverflow). This might be a useful reference: http://cookbooks.adobe.com/post_Using_the_FullScreen_functionality_in_AIR-8004.html

          Remember, Flash Catalyst is really designed to be companion tool for Flash Builder, or a prototyping tool. It's ease of use, can take you down the wrong path of development.

            I have tried everything to center the swf on html and it aint working.

            I have tried dreamweaver and flash builder and coding that works for others wont work for me.

            This is what i currently have:

            <body>
