I was almost complete with a video that I worked on for a long time. This error came up and now I cannot get back in to Premier Elements 9. It shows this error message and then forces Premier to shutdown. How do I recover my video and get back in to Premier Elements 9? All my raw video content is stored locally on my Sony Laptop. It has the i3 Intel Core and runs Windows 7. Please help, the video is for my dying Grandpa. Thanks...
What kind of camcorder did your video come from and how did you get it into your computer?:
Have you ensured that you have at least 30-50 gigabytes of free space on your hard drive and have you ensured that it is freshly defragmented and cleared of tmp files?
Have you gone to the Auto-Save folder and tried to open one of old auto-save files?
Welcome to the forum.
I am not familiar with that error message.
