When I try to launch InDesign CS5 (188.8.131.523) I get the below error message. Ok and Cancel do not solve the problem.
I have tried resetting my InDesign SavedData and InDesign Defaults (by removing them from their respective folders) with no luck.
I have not recently installed new fonts.
Any other proposed solutions? I would try to reinstall it but my installer disk is failing to initialize and downloading Adobe Support Advisor did not fix this issue either.
The instruction at "0x10016175" referenced memory at "0x00000000". The memory could not be "read".
Do you run Suitcase?
What version of Windows?
I'm working in a corporate network environment and it turns out our environment is currently experiencing some issues which actually caused both of my problems. I am now able to run InDesign and the installer cd will open...
Thank you for taking the time to look into my question.
