    Problem with LicenseRecovery




      I have the probleme with Adobe Reader, message is : "before proceeding you must first launch adobe acrobat and accept the end user license agreement"


      The problem appear after update 10.1.0.


      I found on Internet this solution : "Licence Recovery" but not work and the problem stay.


      Somebody have an idea ?

          You are getting this message since you have Acrobat installed. What version do you have? Do you have Reader installed as well, not most versions of Reader are not compatiblie with most versions of Acrobat.

            The problem appear since update 10.1 of Adobe Reader X. Before, all works perfectly.


            I have found the solution, a reg key doesnt exist :


            Copy and Paste this on a registry file :


            [HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Adobe\Adobe Acrobat\10.0]

            [HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Adobe\Adobe Acrobat\10.0\AdobeViewer]

            [HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Adobe\Adobe Reader\10.0]

            [HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Adobe\Adobe Reader\10.0\AdobeViewer]

            [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Adobe\Adobe Acrobat\10.0]

            [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Adobe\Adobe Acrobat\10.0\AdobeViewer]

            [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Adobe\Adobe Reader\10.0]

            [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Adobe\Adobe Reader\10.0\AdobeViewer]


            And launch this.


            All work fine !
