I created all the animation myself in Aftereffects and created about 20 quicktime movies. I assembled these in Premiere CS5. They look normal in Premiere. Then when I export the film, it all looks fine except for two scenes which show up BLUE. I have output these before with no problem. Why this sudden blue-ness? I went back to the original files and re-imported them into the Premiere project. No change, still Blue.
I have a screening tomorrow and want to author a blu-ray, but it is now after midnight and I have not been able to resolve this issue. ACK!
The only thing I can suggest is to not use QuickTime. Use the standard AVI file format instead. See if that helps.
Do you have any thrid-party codecs (e.g., AJA codecs) installed? I've seen issues that meet this description with some out-of-date third-party codecs.
We need much more information if we're going to be able to help, such as exact version numbers of Premiere Pro and the operating system that you're using. Have you installed the recent updates? What codecs are you using? What other software are you running? Tell us about your computer hardware, including any third-party video hardware.
