We use XRite devices in our press rooms and have checked every possible lighting condition available on those devices to convert the XRite/Pantone supplied reflectance values to L*a*b*, searching for a match to Adobe's Pantone L*a*b* values, but cannot find a match. Can someone at Adobe tell me, please, how are you calculating your L*a*b* values for Pantone colors? What lighting condition? What formula?
