First thanks for reading this..... I have to add the patient name and page number as a footer to hundreds of scanned documents. The person scanning can call each file the patient last name. So file is named Smith. Any way I can have it automatically place each these files Smith 1 Smith 2 Smith 3 on each page? Then set it up to have it do all the files at once? Thanks again!
Do you have acrobat? if so which version?
Are you familiar with the "Batch Process" ( or "Actions" in Acrobat X)?
