We run our customer survey through our website. When a customer fills the survey out and clicks the submit button, I receive an email that is an .fdf file. When I double click the file to open it and view the information on the survey I get the following error message. Once I browse and find the file on my desktop it opens and loads the data the customer filled out. But the next time I receive one I have to do the same thing everytime and I haven't moved or changed the file. Is there a way to make the association permanent?

The form was created with Acrobat, not Reader are you using the same machine for Reader & Acrobat? If so you should know that the two computer programs have incompatibilities this could be why you are having problems. If not then the file was moved since it was created, since it was created on a machine that has Acrobat.
