    DragManager - can I drag something *under* something else?

    fredrossperry2 Level 1

      I am using the Drag Manager (Builder 4.5, SDK 3.5) to drag stuff.

      I would like, in certain cases, for item being dragged to get drawn

      underneath some, but not all, other objects.  Is there a simple way to do this?

          So, I think I am on to something.  Please comment if you think I am crazy.

          Right after the call to DragManager.doDrag, I could make a copy of the thing

          I want to drag under, and add it to the list of cursor children:

               var copy:UIComponent = make-a-copy-of-the-thing

               systemManager.addChildToSandboxRoot("cursorChildren",copy);

          I've experimented a bit to see that the copy does indeed get drawn above

          the drag proxy.

          When the drag is finished, I would remove the copy form the cursor list

          and get rid of it.

          Am I nuts here?

          thanks
