Hi, in my application we are trying to open pdf doument by click a link. Our client has reported that they cannot able to open the pdf file. when they try to open the pdf file its giving the message as "There is a problem in Adobe Acrobat/Reader. If it is running, please exit and try again. (0:104)". In our client system they installed Adobe reader X 10.0.1 and Adobe Acorbat 7.0 professional. I also installed the same in my system and i tried locally then its working fine. our client have three system, amoung three system i got porblem in only one system. Another system has installed Acorbat 8.0 Professional and Reader 9. can u please help me out in this?

Are you sure it has one adobe reader installed? i have one client who has adobe reader and professional and has no problems. He did had 2 adobe readers installed and after deleting one of them this problem was solved.
