I'm running Windows XP (SP3) with Adobe Reader 10.1.0. Whenever I try to download a monthly statement from my bank or my credit card company, only a blank page pops up. In contacting the credit card company, I was told to go into tools on my browser and uncheck the "Enable Third-Party Browser Extensions", and to go to the "Advanced" tab and delete the browsing history. I did all that and uninstalled and re-installed Adobe Reader. The situation remains the same. Can anyone help?
Try to right-click on the link for the statement and then download the pdf for your viewing rather than viewing in your browser.
