    Adobe Reader 10, Windows XP


      Keep getting error: "Adobe Reader has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience." I have tried removing the program completely and re-downloading it. It will work for maybe one document and then returns the error message again. I have disabled my anti-virus software when downloading. What else can I try? Thanks.
