I am using the Flash Builder 4.5.1 with the flex 4.5.1 SDK to build a web application. The application will be distributed to many clients and they should all have their own look and feel for the application.
Is there a way to have the application load skins from an external file during run time? If so, how does one put all the skins into 1 file instead of having them scattered across many files?
Finally, are there ways to define a "default skin" so that if the skin for a component is not present in the external skin file, the "default skin" will be used?
I think you want CSS Style Modules.
When using Flash Catalyst to build the "front end" of my application, I am able to import
complex art work that almost bear no resemblence to the underlying component. Am I able to achieve the same results with external CSS files?
