    just scanned a form

      I need information as to how I can type in information after the form

      is scanned into the computer and appears on the screen.  It is a blank medication for in which I want to list the medications. I can't find anything that will let me do this. Please help...............first post.

          You cannot do that with Adobe Reader.

           

          What format is that scanned document - PDF?

           

          I recently had a similar problem; someone sent me a scanned form to fill in.  What I did was a bit complicated:

          • googled for a PDF to JPG converter
          • found one and converted the PDF to JPG
          • used an imaging software to write the text into the JPG image
          • googled for a JPG to PDF converter
          • found one and converted the JPG back to PDF

           

          Of course you can also google for a free PDF editing software.
