    Illustrator CS to FW8

    Level 7
      Greetings!

When I open a file from Illustrator (or copy and paste) into FW8, the colors
seem to darken and flatten substantially. Is there a better way to approach
this so that I can use AI files in my PNG designs?

      Thanks,

In Illustrator, choose File > Document Color Mode > RGB Color.

If you are designing in Illustrator, design in RGB instead of CMYK. If
you are using illustrations someone else has done, ask them to design in
          RGB.

Thanks Linda. That provided much better results!
