    Upgrade before installing?

    MGSSpaz

My current system: Windows XP Home Edition, Pentium D CPU 3.20 Ghz, 2.00 GB of RAM

Questions: Does Premiere Elements 9 allow multiple users? If I install Premiere Elements 9 and my computer proves inadequate, will I be able to instal it again after upgrading to Windows 7 [or buying a new computer entirely]?

      Thank you.

You can install Premiere Elements on two machines -- provided you own both computers.

You can also de-activate on one computer and install it on a different computer.

However, it's not likely to run well on that Pentium. In my books, I recommend at least a dual-core 2.6 ghz for editing miniDV and a quad core or i7 for editing AVCHD and hi-def video.
