Hi. I've got some P2 footage that was recorded in dropframe. However, we had someone log our footage and they recorded the non-drop frame timecodes. So of course the timecode is no where near what was logged especially since it was in free-run. Can anyone think of any solutions? Are there any functions in Premiere that could let us see each individual clip as non-drop frame? Perhaps there is a third party program that will transcode footage from drop frame to non-drop? Any ideas would be greatly apprecieated. Thanks.
What's the format of your P2 footage? How was the footage logged? Paper log or in Premiere Pro?
I'd ask how the logger got his NDF timecode if the camera was set to record (and hence display) DF timecode.
Hey guys. Sorry for the long "no reply". All has been rectified through a bit of math. We were trying to find an overall easy fix as the paper log was done in non-drop and the footage was recorded in drop frame.
