Applies to ACROBAT READER X:
I have a client running Acrobat Reader X on a Windows 2008 Std. Ed. Terminal Server and whenever they try and open a PDF file, they get an error message that they need to run the software and accept the EULA. The problem is, when they run the software from the Windows menu, the EULA acceptance screen is never displayed. This is really annoying. They can run the software first and then open the file with no problem, but they cannot open the file directly. Does anyone know what's up?
Please check if the value EULA exists in the HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Adobe\Acrobat Reader\10.0\AdobeViewer - this should be a DWORD with value 1.
