Try the following workaround
- Close RoboHelp is running.
- Go to <RoboHelp Install Folder>\RoboHTML\updaternotifications.dll and rename it.
- Now try running RoboHelp again. It should solve your crash problem, but automatic updates may be disabled or may not work.
- To search for patches on demand, you can run the updater manually by executing the file
\Program Files\Common Files\Adobe\OOBE\PDApp\core\PDApp.exe
This help, thanks.
