navparker@mac.com Aug 10, 2011 11:49 AM (in response to Thanu Deepak)Does it have to use live text? You could "Convert Text to Shapes" and then stack multiple strokes onto the same path (much like Illustrator's Appearance panel). Just go to Add: Stroke several times.

navparker@mac.com Aug 10, 2011 3:03 PM (in response to Thanu Deepak)You might try pickwhipping... Not sure if you can pickwhip text stroke values. (looking) Nope, doesn't look like it. I was going to suggest linking the stroke to the previous layer then adding or subtracting to that value.
Could you build your effect with multiple layer styles? Those values you can pickwhip.
