It's not possible to read the error code from your screen cap. What does it say?
Also, I don't believe it's possible to upload a video to Photoshop.com from version 8 or earlier. That function wasn't added until version 9.
Although you can use Share/Computer/WMV to output a Cable Modem quality WMV and then use the upload tools on Photoshop.com to upload the movie to the site.
Below is a screen print of the error It reads
"Online Services encountered and error. The service will now be terminated or paused if possible. 10:unable to send HTTP request with:getlasterror of 12002."
I have the same problem with PE9 that I am also running on the same computer. With PE 9 "Online Services encountered and error. The service will now be terminated or paused if possible." but not the error number.
And yes There might have been an update to PE7 which allowed for direct upload of video to photoshop.com becuase I can do it now
Good news, Cincin!
did you ever get this to work?
I'm having the same problem with PE 10 and facebook.
Thanks for the reply.
Is your program registered with your Adobe ID?
Have you ensured you have the latest version of Quicktime, per the program's requirements?
Have you gone to the Help menu and selected Check for Updates to ensure you have all the latest updates?
Have you gone to Edit/Preferences/Web Services to ensure they're up to date?
Great questions Steve.
I have PE version 10, and have been using it for about 2 weeks.
Yes, it is registered, the only option in help is to request deactivation. It was a full product purchased from Adobe.
Have Quick time version 7.7.1 latest.
Have done the check for updates via the Help menu.
Have done the Web services update several times, but automatic and manual. Ended PE and re-tried to publish.
Can access the login screen via PE to youtube, but don’t have an account there.
Post from today by me...
For about 4 or 5 days I have been able to Share to Facebook my little videos Via the Online Facebook built into Premier 10.
After some permission problems things started working and I was able to post a couple of video that I made
directly out of premier over a period of several days.
Today when I tried to post an error was returned "Online Services encountered an error. . . . . "
I had not even re-booted my system nothing had changed. I have tried to post a video that I had
already posted, same error. Went to facebook and removed permissions for Adobe to access my
account, thinking that maybe this would cause a re-set of some kind, but alas no, same error.
If I try to post to you tube the program gets to a user name password screen, but I don't have an account there.
Shut down by firewall, but same error.
Anyone have any ideas.
Is there a format that I can produce and then manualy upload that would work as well?
"Can access the login screen via PE to youtube, but don’t have an account there."
Then it works now, lazycreek! Good to hear.
And, yes, of course you can upload to YouTube and Facebook manually too, as discussed in those helpful FAQs to the right of this forum.
Well, not really as I’m trying to upload to facebook.
