Certified PDF with RGB image. Bug?

      Hi there,

We have an issue with a certain document created in InDesign CS5 on some Snow Leopard machines. It is a full color brochure, with a mistakenly placed RGB image. We then print to a .ps file that we then place into a watched folder on a Pitstop server. This server checks it, and returns a certified PDF file.

The problem is that it actually approves the RGB images for the cPDF, even worse it converts them to CMYK without warning. When we create the .ps file on some other Mac's, the Pitstop check fails on the RGB image.

So I think we have excluded a problem with the Pitstop server. What all can cause this? A setting in InDesign? A bug in the OS?

      Anyone?
