Are your files still in the original folder structure, as shot by the camera?
Yes, I copied complete folder CONTENTS from the camera to my harddisk.
In Adobe premiere Pro CS5.5 I choose View as Canon XF and all files are linkt together
to one entry in PP
So is it just spanned clips that are showing the problem? Does the audio actually play out of sync, or does it just appear that the waveform is out of sync?
Yes, you can hear the delay.
To correct the problem I unlinks the audiotracks and then I removes 1 frame from channel 2 during the out of sync period.
I checked the second part of the show and the sync problem starts at the same filenumber.
This is now file AA052908.MXF. (there is no AA052910.MXF and AA052912.MXF)
I have the same problems. We have been shooting with two XF100 camera's and having problems with the sync of audio.
On some files I even miss full parts of audio.
This is only the case within Adobe Premiere CS5.5 The original files are oke. Nog sync prblems and no missing audio.
It looks like a Problem of the combination Adobe Premiere CS 5.5 and a Canon XF100 camera.
No idea to solve it?
No, I have no idee to solve this.
I don't think we get any support from Adobe.
I think I found a solution.
Propably the audio problem is caused by importing the files during the conforming proces.
When you delete the *.cfa and the *.pek files on the harddisk in the place where the original files are stored the audio will become oke.
I just tried it with some files.
Where can I find thesae files ?
Aside the original imported footage

This is a user-to-user forum.
If you want a guaranteed response from an Adobe employee, contact Adobe Technical Support:
Via deze weg willen wij u informeren dat we een terugkoppeling hebben ontvangen van de ontwikkelaars, en het probleem hoe u deze ondervond is gedocumenteerd onder een bugnummer.
Het bugnummer is: 2779533
Since this is a user-to-user forum and the standard language for communicating is English, I would advise you to use English in your posts. There are only a few Dutch speaking people on this forum and to avoid misunderstandings or miscommunication, try to avoid Dutch as much as possible here. If you need help expressing yourself in English, contact me by PM. Sorry if this sounds presumptuous for someone like me with only a mediocre grasp of the English language, but it is the best I can do for you.
Ik had overigens al een workaround gevonden vor het prbleem.
Heb er zelf overigens geen last meer van.

I did not translate the answer from NL support because I think the readers can translate "Het bugnummer is: 2779533" in "The bugnumber is 2779533".
Th sollution of deleting the *.cfa and the *.pek did not work with me.
