Please, which version of Captivate you are using?
Several possible options, one that works for all versions is to put the objects on the first slit and time them to display for the rest of the project.
In CP5/5.5 another way is to insert those object on a Master slide that you apply to all the slides.
I have 5.5 and master slide works perfect!

I just wanted to add that you should also consider creating and using a Project Template. Those can also save you a good bit of time by having lots of the information preset and present as you create projects from the template.
To create a template, click File > New Project > Project Template. Or use the link on the Captivate Starter page that sys "Project Template".
After you create a Project Template, you add things to it that you want to be present. You may also add Placeholder objects that aren't complete until you elect to *USE* the template.
Then when you create a project based on the template (File > New Project > Project from Template) or use the "From Template" link on the starter page, you then dlick the placeholder objects to operate and "personalize" them.
