I would like to know how it's possible that my form and all the answers I had have ALL disappeared suddenly?
Should've I logged in every week or so to keep my account activated? And is it possible to get the form and the answers back some how?
Just to confirm - do you have multiple accounts on FormsCentral? Is it possible that you have logged into the wrong one? Probably not, but I just wanted to check...
Assuming that isn't the case could you send your Adobe ID email address you are logging in with and any links you have to the forms to email@example.com
