If you go to the file's properties (Ctrl+D), you'll see where it's located (probably one of the cache folders of your browser).
I have just done it but I can't find the location.
Under Properties there are options Descrip

Description - Location
If I open a pdf file previously saved on my hard disc I can
find the location in Description - Location. However, if I download
a pdf through Internet explorer there is no Location in Description. Insted the location there is an empty row.
I see as following:
PDF producer : Acrobat distiller 8.1.0 (Windows)
PDF version: 1.7 (Acrobat 8.x)
File size: 3,88 MB (4.068.908 bytes)
Page size: 8,27 x 11,02 in Number of pages: 16
Tagged PDF: No Fast web view: yes
I tried to save the downloaded pdf file by control+shift+s but I receive the message: Bad parameter.
What does it mean?
