    Line spacing on text tab leader lines?

      I was experimenting with text and tabbed leader lines.  I was able to get that to work but I could not increase spacing between lines using the normal after paragraph controls.  It seems that the before and after controls do not apply to this type of text.

       

      How can I adjust space between the lines of text?

          Something is wrong here - maybe your document, maybe your install of InDesign, but much more likely (sorry to be blunt) your understanding of how ID works. The before-para and after-para spacing isn't to increase the distance between lines of text, but to increase the distance between paragraphs. If each line is a separate paragraph, then Space Before and Space After will work just fine. To increase the distance between lines of text within a single paragraph, use the leading to affect line height:
