All you can do is turn the little eyeball off on the other tracks.
Do you wish to "solo" a Video, or Audio Track?
There are a couple ways to do this with an Audio Track:
In the Track Header, turn off all but one Track - click on the "speaker" icon, to turn OFF.
In the Audio Mixer, chose the Track, and hit the Solo icon
For Video, just turn off all other Tracks, by "punching out the eyeball."
Not really. If you Shift+click on an eyeball, you'll turn everything on (or off). When they're all off, just click on the track eyeball you want to view. I've already requested smarter soloing ; I trust you'll do the same ;-)
