I click on it and immediately an Error Message appear
s, saying "Adobe Reader has encountered
a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for
the inconvenience. I click on "Error Information" and I get this- "Error Signature App Name acrod32exe Mod Ver: 5.1.2600.5781
I try to open a PDF file and all I get is a bunch of symbols. I
have Windows XP, Sp 3 and Adobe Reader X (10.1.0)
Does the same thing happen if you open Reader by itself (e.g. double-click the Reader icon on the desktop)?

icon on the Desktop and I got the same error message.
I am not sure what you mean, by me having a different
problem than you are having.
I asked my question on a new subject,
so how have I been included with your problem?
