I need to load an swf from an FTP in my AIR application.I use Loader.loadBytes with a LoaderContext (having allowCodeImport = true).Everything is fine except when the loaded swf is having another swf embedded in it ..!! I cannot get Bytes of child swf because I am getting the exception like 'swf cannot be downloaded with allowCodeImport = false). It works in Flex application but not in AIR.So please give me a solution for making the loaded swf file free from all security issues so that I can get the child swf as well.
Are you using swfloader? or is it someother loader? If you are using swfloader then there is a loadercontext property that you have to define on the swfloader. More information can be found at this post here
No.I am using Loader since I dont need to pass one URL for fetching swf content.I need to get the displayobject from ByteArray which should be free from all the security issues.I heard that we cannot set 'securityDomain' property of loaderContext (using in Loader) in AIR.So please give a solution for getting bytes.
May be it is a question to the adobe people.
