    Fonts With Extended Latin Characters

    Speedy_McBean Level 1

Does anyone know if there is a way to display fonts that have a certain set of characters availabe? I have a lot of fonts and am currently working on a few foreign language jobs, so I need to use only fonts that have extended latin characters available.

In the glyphs pallete it's possible to display only the extended latin characters, so when tabbing thru fonts they are displayed if available. BUT I want only the fonts that have these characters available to be in a list, set, or something.

      Any ides?

      Thanks,

      isaac

I think that's the key statement you're making. InDesign doesn't let you create a subset of fonts to view. You would normally do that for font management software which would allow you to create sets of fonts, turn them on or off, etc.

You haven't told us what operating system you're using so we can't yet suggest font management software that might work for you.
