Which OS and version of Contribute is this user using?
What is the role [example Publisher ; Writer ; customized role..etc] of this user?
Can you check if others users of the same role facing this particular issue?
Can this user try using Contribute in another machine connecting and editing the same page?
She is using Windows 7 and CS5, and has a customized role.
I have confirmed that other users of the same role and are not facing this particular issue. We tried using Contribute in another machine connecting and editing the same page and are not experiencing this particular issue.

It can resolved by clear Preferences which would reomove all the connections and launch refreshed Contribute.
To clear Preferences Quit Contribute and :-
1. Delete the folder "Contribute CS5" under "C:\Users\<userName>\AppData\Local\Adobe\”
2. Open Registry and Delete the folder "Contribute 6" under "HKCU\Software\Adobe"
Relaunch Contribute and Re-connect to the website and check.
hope this helps,
