    Hard Disk Error

I was alerted that I have a bad block on one of my disks.  Fortunately, it's NOT my system disk or raid 5 media array.

      "Device has a bad block"

How do I determine if I need to repair or replace the disk?

Would reformating be a first move?  I have nothing I need to back up on it as it's mostly export tests.
