We are willing to pay for your expertise with Shockwave. We don't expect this to be a long-term project. We just need some help determining why our Shockwave programs are having problems with specific browsers or on different platforms. No, Protected Mode does not seem to have an affect. I'm still working on it but would love any suggestions.
Don't know if you got this sorted yet...
Could it be that the affected computers are a bit older / slower than the unaffected ones? I'm wondering whether call-ins from the browser are occurring before the movie is ready to receive them, and that this is what's causing things to fail?
Don't know any details about what your Shockwave movies are doing, though, so it's just a thought.
