    Adobe Presenter no longer visible on ribbon?


      Hello. I'm running Presenter 7.0.7 on a Win7 laptop with Office 7. Several times, I was able to record a bit of a presentation, and experiment with video import, but then the application crashed - taking all of my work with it (similar to the thread that discusses the problem in a Vista environment). I've reinstalled it several times, but find the ribbon bar is now lacking the application. I was given a site to review that helped with the disabled PowerPoint add-in (http://kb2.adobe.com/cps/403/kb403553.html ), but upon attempting to check the PowerPoint COM add-in recieved the message "This add-in is installed for all users on this computer, and can only be connected or disconnected by an administrator." I'm under a now-pressing deadline, and need to get up and running again. Any thoughts?
