I have created an interactive PDF using InDesign; it is a template (like a tabbed notebook) into which I then place Word created PDFs. The PDFs have tables. Once I place the PDFs into InDesign, I export the entire thing (about twelve pages) to an interactive PDF. I then open it in Acrobat Pro 9 and use the form wizard to auto detect my form fields. It was working beautifully for a while - each table cell was detected. But for some reason, it no longer works. Acrobat detects my interactive buttons and table headers, and that is all - the table cells are not detected. I'm not sure if this is an InDesign issue or an Acrobat issue.
