You should be doing just fine if you have already ensured that printer settings are not referring to booklet as well as Reader printer dialog.
This works just fine for all the users. Are you still seeing this issue or is this resolved?
My friend it still seeing this issue. Everything was set correctly but he was still printing in booklet form. Is there anything else I can try??

- If its a PDF specific issue, can you please share the PDF at email@example.com mentioning the forum link in the subject line of the email.
- What is the exact make of the printer (printer driver specifications) on which this issue is reproducible?
- What is the system configuration?
Can you please try reinstalling the printer driver, and let us know if the issue still persist.
