Can I Design My Own PDF Navigation?

    Chris Molland Level 1

Is it possible to design my own navigation, say in Flash, embed it in a Master PDF document and use this to call Content PDF files into a defined area within the Master PDF?

For example: I have several Lesson PDF files. I would like to create a Master Course PDF which is a container comprising Lesson buttons and maybe Section and Page Buttons for each Lesson. By default I would like the First Lesson to appear within the content area of the Master PDF. Once open I can select any Lesson from a list and then any page within the new Lesson.

One approach, perhaps, would be to create the framework entirely in Flash and call in the PDF files. My client uses Acrobat extensively and a solution developed entirely in Acrobat would be clean and neat for delivery.

      Any thoughts very welcome.
