Saving a AE Project for PPO CS5.

I did a interesting project by creating a cube and them putting video on the six faces. When I save the project and try ot open it in PPro cs5 there are quite a few comps and a solids folder that comes up. Do I import this one by one, or is there a way to make on composition out of everything for import into PPRo CS5? I have been successful in rendering the project and then brininging it into Ppro CS5.

When you import an AE project (.aep) into Premiere Pro the Dynamic Link server opens up and gives you a list of all of the assets in the AE project. You only import the compositions you want to use. In this example, the only Comp that I want to import is the TitleSlide comp so it’s the only one selected. If I wanted others I’d Cmnd/Ctrl select them.
