Best Bang for Buck Video Card?? Recommendations??

Ok, I've had enough of watching progress bars and lagging video. I  finally got enough to upgrade my video card, but which one??!??? I've  been watching the Quadro 4000, but have done a bit of research, and  found them to be overpriced, and outperformed by cheaper cards.

What are you all using?? I've read a few threads here, and one gentleman recommended the GFX cards (http://forums.adobe.com/message/3861641).  I also see people using the ATI cards. I shoot HD 1920x1080 video, and  green screen often. I need a card that will take advantage of the MPE  feature, and ultimately reduce my render and encode times. I spend far  too much time watching progress bars, to meet the deadlines I have.

      Here's my set-up:

      Win7 pro

      3.06GHz Intel "Bloomfield" Xeon Quad-Core [8MB]

      24gb Ram

3x's: 1TB SATA III High Performance Drive(s) [64MB Cache] (1tb dedicated to system 2tb dedicated to video)

      Quadro 600

Being naive to the CudaCore  technology, I thought adding more RAM would help speed up my render  & encode times. Obviously this is not the case with PProCS5.

I'm not a gamer, so when I read reviews online, they're mostly from a different perspective & application.

Thank you in advance for any suggestions you may have!!
