Things are working just fine at our end. I would request you to please keep your application updated to latest release i.e. Acrobat 10.1.1 or Reader 10.1.1
You may go to Help->Check for updates. Also, if the same problem exists then I would request you to please repair the installation by going to Help-->Repair Acrobat Installation.
I have recently had the same problems printing. I am using Adobe X (which says 10.1.2) on a Windows XP SP3 machine. I have tried to repair the program. I have tried using it in Internet Explorer and Firefox settings and I have tried to uninstall and re-install the Adobe program. Each time I do so, I get an error message: "Adobe Reader has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience.
