We are running Citrix XenApp 6 and have installed Adobe Reader 10.1.0. Sometimes when trying to open a PDF file directly from Outlook 2007, Adobe returns an error message telling the user that they have to open Adobe Reader and accept the license agreement. When this happens, the user has to close all running programs and start over OR close the error message and open Adobe Reader directly AND then try to open the PDF file through Outlook.
Has anyone seen this issue before?
Could you please update to the latest version of Adobe Reader i.e. version 10.1.1. This release has a fix for the issue wherein the user receives the EULA message (inspite of having accepted it earlier) while opening a PDF having the words CR in their path or filename.
