Hi there, I also switched and I'm glad. The only warning I would give you is, before you buy, to research exactly what you want to do with your projects because Adobe creates these "packages" that contain subsets of products and if you buy them individually after the fact (after you realize you needed them) it costs you more. For example, I didn't even know what After Effects was when I bought their package that has PPO and Encore. Now I realize maybe I could be using AE and it will now cost me lots more than if I bought one package up from what I did.
And, all software takes getting used to. Keystrokes, short cuts, etc all takes time. When I'm struggling to figure something out, I just google to find it.
What the above post is saying is that if you want to make the move, don't cheat yourself. Get at least the full Production Premium package.
