Problem with Premiere decoding or preview files using Canon DSLR on PC

    agfilms

      Using: Premiere CS5.5

Problem does this on laptop and desktop

      Laptop: 12GB RAM

      Intel: i7

      1.5GB Nvidia

      Desktop: 16GB RAM

      Intel: i7

      SSD: 256

      GTX 470

Not all all clips but probably 1/5th of the clips will have 3 or 4 frames from the clip randomly display corrupted pixels.  See this gif (ignore the interlaced effect), see on the bottom. http://i.imgur.com/Kx5Yb.gif

This is with DSLR no transcoding at 1080p, 23.976

If I go to the source file, it plays fine on VLC and Quicktime.  If I erase and reimport the clip, it does the same thing.  If I erase, rename and reimport the clip, it does the same thing.

Please help, this is a major headache for me.  Transcoding is not an ideal solution.
