On the iPad, when i exit my app and then return it continues from where i left off. I'd like to be able to detect that and allow the user the option of restarting from the beginning. The only way I can do that now is by killing the app from the iPad "finder". (Double click to bring up list of running apps. Press-hold on my app. Click the red minus button to kill.)
I don't see any events that indicate that we've been resumed. I've tried using s:Application as well as s:ViewNavigatorApplication. The view navigator isn't getting the navigatorStateLoading or navigatorStateSaving events.
You can listen for the ACTIVATE and DEACTIVATE methods on the NativeApplication.nativeApplication object. These events should be dispatched as the application is suspended and resumed.
