No, not at this time. That said, I've taken the bulk of some Pixel Bender filter algorithms, rewritten them in C (not much work there), and debugged them that way. It's non-ideal but has helped. We hope to improve debugging of Pixel Bender filters in future releases of the software.

I use MATLAB to debug it.
You can get hold of the final output in ActionScript, but that doesn't help you debug intermediate results. We have had some success by writing filters in sections and testing each section before adding the next bit, or putting in tests that a value is within a given range and setting the output to green if it passes and red if it fails.
I did publish a filter that would display a number on screen, however it won't work with PB in Flash:
Bottom line is debugging PB filters is extremely tricky.
